I want to be a member. What do I do?

Membership at The Avenue Church is open to any individual who has made a personal decision to follow Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior; has been baptized by immersion; and has completed the New to the Avenue Class. If you would like to become a member click here.

Why is the New to the Avenue Class required for membership?

There is a difference between church participation and church membership. With membership comes expectations and increased commitment. The New to the Avenue class offers our best opportunity to clearly communicate what is expected of anyone who wishes to be a member of The Avenue.

Where do I start if I'm already an immersed believer in Christ?

We still ask that you attend the New to the Avenue Class. In addition to information about salvation and baptism, we teach valuable information about The Avenue and our ministry values and strategy.
